When returning items:

Call us at 503-520-4119 or email us to obtain a RGA#; no returns will be accepted without a RGA# !!

All returned items must be in the original packaging along with a copy of the sales invoice

Any items returned for reasons other than defects must be unused and in the original packaging

We will not give a credit or refund for any electrical item

GARAGE SALE items are not returnable.
For orders that are damaged in shipping: Please notify your UPS driver so that it will be noted in their delivery log, and then notify us within 24 hours so that we can take the proper steps to replace the damaged merchandise.
